De oefeningen worden zo nauwkeurig mogelijk gegeven zoals Joseph en Clara Pilates ze oorspronkelijk aanleerden, inclusief dezelfde volgordes. Ze gebruiken alle apparatuur in de oorspronkelijke vorm en bieden lessen aan \u00e9\u00e9n-op-\u00e9\u00e9n of in kleine groepen. Er zijn ook studio\u2019s die de leer van andere eerste generatie docenten volgen en zich mogelijk aanduiden met namen zoals Lineage, Archival en meer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Klassiek Pilates is misschien iets voor jou als:<br>\u2022 Je ge\u00efnteresseerd bent in traditie.<br>\u2022 Je op een gedetailleerde en precieze manier wilt werken.<br>\u2022 Je houdt van structuur en herhaling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c10068 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6c10068\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Het doel is meestal om het originele repertoire te vernieuwen met de nieuwste wetenschappelijke inzichten en een meer gepersonaliseerde trainingsbeleving te bieden. Contemporary Pilates-studio\u2019s gebruiken vaak de meeste apparatuur (Mat, Reformer, Tower, Trapeze Table, Chair) en passen deze aan voor meer veelzijdigheid. Ze combineren ook bewegingen en concepten uit andere methoden. Het wordt meestal gegeven in grotere groepslessen, vaak met muziek. Deze vorm combineert doorgaans oefeningen uit functionele fitness, aerobics, dans en Pilates. De focus kan vari\u00ebren, bijvoorbeeld op \u2018sculpting\u2019, zweten of stretchen. Vaak worden slechts enkele aspecten van de Pilates-methode toegepast.
